2017 Thierry Citron

Thierry Citron was born on June 17, 1953 in Maisse (Essonne). Self-taught, works in pastel mainly on the outdoor motif. Directs a workshop in Maisse and takes part in internships given at the Hôtel des Pins in Murol (Puy-de-Dôme), at Glandier (Loir et Cher) and at Clos de Lalande Vallée (Finistère) Participates in the Maubourguet Meetings , (Hautes-Pyrénées). AWARDS AND RECOGNITION Gold Medal from the Salon of French Artists, Silver Medal from the City of Paris, Art Prize cited at the Salon d'Automne 2013.

2015 Nathalie Picoulet

Nathalie Picoulet was born in 1968 in Amiens. She studied visual arts at the school of Design of Amiens. She discovers the pastel and her work on a live model orients her towards the nude. She was appointed Maître pastelliste in 2005 by Jean-Pierre Mérat, then president of the Société des Pastellistes de France.

Richard McKinley has been an artist and professional teacher for over 40 years. He is a member of the Salmagundi Club in New York and participated in their American Masters exhibition. He holds the title of master pastelist of the Pastel Society of America and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2010 at the National Arts Club of New York. In 2012, Richard was named Pastel Laureat by the Pastel Society of the West Coast. Passionate about landscape, Richard divides his time between painting the places that fascinate him, reinterpreting these paintings in the studio, writing on artistic subjects and teaching in painting workshops.
